Here is a non-exhaustive list of possible ways to get involved in the association “When the Sun meets the Earth”:

  • Volunteering at events organised by the association (running stands, cooking, welcoming people, assisting with set-up and tidying up)
  • Hosting our events
  • Lending/donating equipment for the organisation of events
  • Filming, photographing in Colombia in Mamorwa and/or in France during events
  • Making and editing our videos
  • Translate/proofread our publications in 3 languages (French, English, Spanish)
  • Subtitling our videos in 3 languages
  • Drawing and illustrating for all of our communication channels
  • Being a web developer via WordPress Mamorwa’s website
  • Managing or providing advice on the management of our social networks as a community manager
  • Graphic designer for the creation of posters, the layout of funding documents and other materials
  • Editing content such as the creation of newsletters, handicraft sales catalogs, etc.
  • Editing pictures
  • Managing the association’s accountancy, developing business plans
  • Being a patron, a one-time or regular donor to the association
  • Taking part in the sale of Arhuaco handicrafts
  • Being a mission head and getting involved in its accomplishment (press-book, crowdfunding…)
  • To be an ambassador of the association’s message. The ambassador presents the project to people who wish to participate or register for our various activities, to potential funders, to patrons, to hosts and to events that may welcome us. The ambassador has access to all the materials published by the association to facilitate the transmission of information.
  • To become a bridge for the Mamos of Mamorwa. The bridge transmits the Mamos’ wisdom message by regularly doing inner work among them. The bridge can translate on the spot, in Marmowa, to facilitate the exchange between the little brothers of humanity and the Arhuacos. The bridge is committed to carry the Mamos’ vision in the Occident and to widen its realization.
